10-MINUTE BRUSCHETTA

1 (14 5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
2 tbs chopped fresh basil leaves
1 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
16 (1/2" thick) slices baguette (about 6 oz), toasted

in a medium bowl, stir together tomatoes, basil, olive oil & garlic.

spoon mixture onto toasted bread  slices. serve immediately.

makes 16 appetizers
